Documents needed for
Financial Assistance
- Copy of the PSE bill, Tanner Electric bill, NUD Utility bill, Eviction Notice:
- current past due utility bill (for NUD clients, Urgent/Disconnection notice)
- contact information with apartment manager for rental assistance such as number, email address
- Government issued identification for all in household:
- Accepted forms of ID for those over 18: Valid State ID, Driver's License, Passport, Picture ID's (must be current)
- Accepted forms of ID for those under 18: Birth certificate, Medical Card
- Income verification for the Household:
- Last 4 paystubs, DSHS/SS/Unemployment/Vet Benefit Award Letter, from the last 30 days
- any additional documentation if needed
